## Description

Planer knife grinder FDB Maschinen TS600
The machine is designed for sharpening planer knives of woodworking machines, with manual movement of the grinding unit (motor with grinding wheel and cooling system). Planer knives are sharpened with coolant. A cup grinding wheel is used.
Machine capabilities:
1. Grinds straight planer blades. (When grinding a single knife, the angle can be adjusted within a certain range).
2. Can grind several blades at once for higher efficiency, in particular to keep all blades at the same height, which helps the dynamic balance of the cutter shaft.
Four planer blades can be ground at once (the grinding wheel position must stay level so that each blade has the same height). The standard cutting blade height is 40 mm and thickness 3 mm.
3. By adjusting the clamping block position, straight shredder knives up to 550 mm long and 250 mm wide can be ground.
