## Description

The ON-25 universal tool grinder is designed for grinding and sharpening tools both on the cylindrical part and on the end face. The machine can sharpen drills, cylindrical cutters, shank cutters and some types of form cutters.
The only certified warranty and post-warranty service center is located in Dnipro
The Proma ON-25 tool grinder is a high-quality professional-grade machine used for sharpening a wide range of tools: collets, grinding tools, drills, cutters, knives. The machine is equipped with a grinding wheel with an outer diameter of 100 mm, a bore diameter of 50 mm and a width of 20 mm. A machine of this class is most often used in small-scale production or private workshops; home use is also possible. The model has an electric motor with a rated power of up to 250 W, running on a three-phase AC supply with an operating voltage of 380 V.

Operating recommendations:
1.Do not start working on the machine until you have read all sections of this manual and made sure you understand all functions of the machine.
2.The tool grinder is designed for grinding and sharpening tools both on the cylindrical part and on the end face (drills, cylindrical cutters, some types of form cutters, etc.)
3.Tool clamping means fixing the tool in the collet chuck.
4.The collet tool chuck can be rotated around its axis, tilted away from the wheel, etc.
5.Shapes of engraving machine cutters that can be sharpened.
6.You can sharpen the center point of a drill, step drills, cutters, etc.
7.When installing a new wheel, paper gaskets are placed between the wheel and the flanges.
8.Balance a new wheel for minimum runout (with a dressing stone, diamond dresser, etc.)
9. If the tool being processed needs cooling, we recommend cooling it with a brush moistened with coolant (emulsion, oil, etc.). After processing, remove any remaining coolant.
