## Description

This is a semi-automatic band saw used mainly for cutting small and medium-sized sections. The swivel angle is set manually. * The base of the mitre band saw is a steel plate structure with a pivot shaft mounted on it. When an angled cut is needed, the saw frame can rotate around the pivot shaft from 0 to 45º. The angle is set with a hand screw and the scale is aligned manually. * The saw frame is hinged and moves up and down around the pivot shaft, driven by a hydraulic cylinder; the lower end of the cylinder is also hinged to avoid over-constraint and not to affect the stability of raising and lowering the saw frame. * This cut-off band saw has a separate electrical control cabinet. All electrical components are installed in the cabinet. Interlocks between each action are provided for safety. In particular: if the vise is not clamped, the main drive cannot run; the vise cannot be released during sawing; all actions are controlled via relay circuits and buttons.
