PURPOSE:
Band saw Holzmann HBS 450 is designed for cutting wood. Workpieces can be either round or square. The cut line is very clean, so additional sanding is rarely needed. The machine can be used not only in industry but also in small workshops where high-precision cutting of metal is required.
Description and scope of delivery:
- The cast iron table top is polished smooth for the workpiece to slide, and can tilt from 0 to 45 deg. for angle cuts.
- The rip fence ensures accurate positioning of the workpiece for defect-free cutting.
- Heavy cast iron pulleys ensure even rotation and maximum torque transmission.
- The motor is protected by a built-in overload system that switches it off automatically.
- Clear control panel for easy operation and setting of parameters.
