- The OPTIsaw SD 200G metal band saw is used in metalworking shops and small workshops for cutting profiled and solid metal workpieces.
- This band saw model is mobile thanks to its wheeled stand, which considerably extends the service area in production and also allows use in construction, directly on a building site where there is no auxiliary hoist or overhead crane.
- Thanks to the sturdy design and smooth adjustment of the saw frame descent by a hydraulic cylinder, the cut is of high quality.
- The new-generation hydraulic cylinder is maintenance-free.
- Reliable bearings serve as guides, allowing precise adjustment of the blade geometry against skewing.
- The installed coolant system feeds coolant into the cutting zone, preventing overheating of the saw blade and limiting blade wear.
- The OPTIsaw SD 200G metal band saw is equipped with a special wire brush that cleans chips off the band and makes the cut more efficient. After cutting is finished, the band drive switches off automatically thanks to a limit sensor.
- The metal band saw complies with all current safety standards.
- The OPTIsaw SD 200G metal band saw is equipped with a convenient control panel located directly on the cast-iron frame, as well as a 0 - 45 swivel vise that extends the functionality of the machine.
