## Description

The UV clutch-brake is installed on presses and other equipment to periodically engage the driving shafts of machine drives with the driven shafts, and to brake the latter while the motor runs continuously.
Pneumatically actuated multi-disc clutch-brakes UV3132, UV3135, UV3138, UV3141, UV3144, UV3146 are used on forging and pressing machines (mainly crank presses and guillotines).
When ordering a clutch, specify the fit: keyed or splined
   UV clutch-brake design features:
-Rigid balanced block design.
-Cylinder stroke can be adjusted as the friction linings wear.
-Clutch cylinder stroke that prevents double-stroking of the machine.
-Driving and brake bushings and pins are made of heat-treated steel.
-Involute gearing between the clutch-brake hub and the eccentric shaft.
-Clutch and brake support discs are made of ductile iron.
