## Description

The SM-300E mini metal lathe is designed for turning workpieces made of metal and all types of plastic.
The lathe can perform the following turning operations: cylindrical, profile and taper turning, facing, metric threading, drilling, boring, chamfering and filleting.
For long workpieces, a traveling steady and a fixed steady rest can be installed. With a faceplate fitted, turning can be performed off the center of rotation.
A wide range of spindle speed and longitudinal feed rate adjustment extends the range of cutting tools that can be used.
